Acne is found quite often in pubescent individuals. Because of a high genetic disposition to the condition, acne is particularly common in Western societies. It is believed that the presence of acne is due to an abnormal response to normal levels in the body of testosterone, the male hormone. For many individuals, this response tends to diminish over time, causing the acne to decrease by the time they reach their 20’s, or even disappear. Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell how long it will take for acne to completely disappear; for some people they may experience it for many decades- even beyond their 30’s or 40’s. A large number of people will experience this condition at some point in their life.

There are several different types of acne, as described below:

1. Acne Vulgaris – The most commonly experienced forms of acne and will appear around puberty it is typically to be found on a person’s face, shoulders and chest.

2. Acne Rosacea – This is a red rash which is predominantly found on a person’s face.

3. Acne Keloidalis Nuchae (also known as Pseudofolliculitis Nuchae)- this form of acne is caused by shaving.

4. Acne Conglobata (also knowns as Hidradenitis Suppurativa) – usually found in armpits, on the groin or buttocks, or also under women’s breasts. This type of acne describes chronic abscesses or boils on sweat glands and hair follicles.

5. Acne Cosmetica – as indicated by it’s name, this form of acne is caused by cosmetic use.

6. Acne Fulminas – Is an extreme form of Acne Conglobata.

7. Acne Medicamentosa – typically triggered by starting or finishing a course of medication.

8. Baby Acne – very commonly found on infants. It is a rash that can be found on the baby’s cheeks, chin and forehead.

9. Chloracne – caused by being exposed to chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as PCB’s or dioxins.

Hopefully the information provided to you above with regard to acne will help you to understand more clearly what it is and how it is caused.

Acne is a disorder of the skin. This disorder causes to skin to have blackheads or whiteheads, pimples or zits, cysts, and lesions. This is a disorder seen mostly in teens and young adults. This shows up in the face, neck, back and chest of the teens and young adults.

What causes acne? Probably the biggest reason for acne is inflammation of your bodies hormone production. You see, when you eat bad your bodies hormones will become unbalanced and can cause acne.
Oil is not the only acne cause. There are other causes. Acne has so many interconnecting causes and this makes it very difficult to have a permanent cure for acne. Luckily, there are ways to control some of the causes of acne so well that it appears as though acne is permanently cured.

Individuals seek out acne pimple home remedies according to the degree of distress the acne creates in a person. The search for home remedies comes up to lessen or get rid of the acne outbreak and to stop scarring of the skin arising from severe acne. The use of benzoyl peroxide lotions in acne remedies aids in practical healing and inhibiting of new acne outbreaks.

Home remedies are best remedies to cure acne. Some of the home remedies to cure acne are orange, garlic, and cucumber. Peel of orange paste applied on the affected area helps to cure pimple. Paste of fenugreek helps to cure pimples. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables and drinking at least 1 liter of water daily is also one of the home remedies to cure acne. Home remedies to cure acne have no side affects if your not having any allergic to certain fruits and vegetables.Turmeric is another home remedy for acne. Turmeric contains anti bacterial properties.

Now this article is going to tell you the three effective natural remedies to remove acne marks. Wash your face before you apply the below mentioned natural remedies for acne.

Natural remedy for acne #1 – Squeeze an orange or lemon juice onto a cotton pad and then dab it onto the acne affected area. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash off with water. This will minimize your acne marks and take the redness away after a couple of days.

Natural remedy for acne #2 – This is another simple yet effective way to minimize your acne marks. Slice a raw potato and rub it on your acne affected area. The vitamins in the raw potato take away all the redness and improve your complexion.

Natural remedy for acne #3 – The omega-3 oils that are most commonly found in fish and other sea food are an effective way to prevent acne; as well, as being a great healthy source of nutrients.

There are various benefits of using these natural remedies for acne. You can avoid harmful chemicals found in acne products that can harm your skin.

This is a question that many doctors and medical researcher are searching for in their science laboratories and research centers. Every field thinks that they have discovered the cause of disease. And, indeed cause of a disease has many steps and its important not to explain the cause of disease at an intermediate step.

I want to tell you a secret that not many people in the medical industry and alternative medicine community know or don’t talk about. And this is about the real cause of disease. And if you ever want to really do something about your health, this is where you have to go to stop disease.

What I am about to tell you will only be believed by a few people. For those of you who believe and take action will, you will literally extend your life beyond belief.

We are all taught to believe that by taking some drug, herb, vitamin, mineral, or special combination of natural products that this will cure our disease. Yes, I teach that many products can help to relieve specific symptoms and that they help to balance your body systems. And, of course, you need to take vitamins and minerals to supplement your diet to make sure your body has a surplus of the building blocks needed to keep you healthy.

Doctors tell you that if you have a disease of any kind they have a drug that you should take if you want to eliminate that disease. Any time you use a drug or natural product to eliminate a symptom or a condition you are not curing your disease. You can see this in the many people who use these products and later die of that same disease or of some other disease caused by the drug. What you are doing is suppressing the cause of the symptom, which will later cause another symptom in another area of your body. The result is you are constantly fighting and trying to eliminate different unhealthy condition in and on your body.

The cause of most diseases is changes in the cellular instructions that tell the cell what it needs to do to survive in the conditions that surround it.

Cellular instructions are part of the genetic code that you get during your development in the womb and during your childhood. As you begin to develop and grow, you must adapt to the conditions and environment around you. To do this, your cells get new instructions on what you need to do to survive in this environment, whether it is in the womb or during your childhood.

If you had a traumatic period in the womb, during birth, or during childhood, these experiences are imprinted into your cell structure distorting and changing your cellular instructions. These new instructions cause cellular malfunction, which lead to the start of a disease.

The imprinted experience is a source of energy that constantly maintains the distorted cellular instructions, which causes disease and also distorts your behavior and personality. Because a disease is caused by the traumatic energy imprinted into your cells, you will always have this disease no matter how many drugs or natural remedies you use.

Drugs and natural remedies create a force that opposes the un-natural energies created by your cells and has the effect of temporarily reducing the symptoms or disease you are dealing with.

So, the only way that you can really cure yourself of disease is by eliminating the distorted, un-natural cellular instructions. This is no easy job and cells will resist because they know that the imprinted traumatic energy was put there as a matter of survival.

The Psychotherapy Industry has had tremendous growth because of the promise it holds to you that it can change who you are and at the same time improve your health. It is only through some Psychotherapy that you can change the strength of the energy that is imprinted in your cells. Once the strength of the imprinted traumatic energy is reduce, you can expect to see changes in diseases that you have, provided that they have not damaged your body a point of disrepair.

Discover in this article what almost everyone does that helps prolong their acne problems and that puts their health at risk for other diseases and conditions by weakening their body’s natural defense system.

For both males and females, the increase in androgens during puberty can cause these sebaceous glands to produce more sebum, which is oil. This oil mixes with dead skin cells and bacteria on the skin and blocks pores. Inside of these blocked pores bacteria multiplies and leads to swelling, which then causes spots and pimples.

This was after spending many years and lots of money on all the different acne products on the market. They all proved to be ineffective, expensive and a complete waste of time. This included the big acne products widely promoted on the internet.

Has anyone ever told you that poor hygiene causes acne? Not true. Though poor hygiene can lead to other health problems, acne is not one of them. As a matter of fact, people that wash their faces too often have a greater risk of developing acne.

What I discovered about acne and how to clear it is this. Food is a direct cause of acne. Some foods cause acne and some help fight against acne. This is because some foods cause something called hormonal inflammation, and this is what causes acne in every case.

Please remember that no treatment will completely cure your acne. The main aim of the treatment of acne is to prevent new spots appearing on the skin. However, advances in laser treatment have made it possible to remove scars and now is being used to treat acne worldwide. We know more today than ever before about the treatment of acne.

Remember that it can take 3-6 weeks to see any improvement after beginning treatment for acne.

How much vegetable oil you eat each day will greatly affect how much acne you get, and also, how bad your acne will be. I highly recommend you cut down today. Go and check the ingredients of all the food you eat regularly and make sure no vegetable oil is in it. Avoid vegetable oil for 3 days and watch your skin clear up DRAMATICALLY.

I’m not saying that avoiding vegetable oil will completely cure your acne, but I’m sure that it will reduce your acne significantly and stop those nasty cystic eruptions that cause the worst suffering.

Oil is not the only acne cause. There are other causes. Acne has so many interconnecting causes and this makes it very difficult to have a permanent cure for acne.

Luckily, there are ways to control some of the causes of acne so well that it appears as though acne is permanently cured.

A surprisingly large number of newborn babies can also be affected by a type of acne too. This form of acne usually affects infants between about the ages of 2 weeks and 3 months. Baby acne is known by the term Acne neonatorum, and tends to be often seen on baby’s cheeks or nasal bridge.

Alzheimer’s disease is a group disorders involving the parts of the brain that control thought, memory, and language. Alzheimer’s disease is becoming tragically common. It is estimated that there are currently 18 million people worldwide with Alzheimer?s disease. Dementia is a disease of the nervous system characterized by loss of certain mental abilities. This loss is severe enough to interfere with normal activities and lasts at least six months. Dementia is the term for the deterioration of brain function that results in loss of memory, reduced language skills, impaired reasoning and behavioural and emotional problems. As the disease develops, a person loses the ability to carry out familiar tasks, to reason, and to exercise judgment. Moods, personality, and ability to communicate may also be affected. People with AD typically die within eight years of their diagnosis. Some individuals may die within a year of diagnosis, others may live as long as twenty years.

Alzheimer’s disease is progressive, which means that symptoms worsen over time. Language difficulties also are common in people with Alzheimer’s disease. People with Alzheimer’s can lose their sense of time and place – they may, for example, get dressed in the middle of the night or walk off and get lost. New surroundings and new people may be confusing. The disease typically progresses to the stage where it is difficult for the patient to be understood by others or to understand others, and in the final stages, the patient is bedridden. Free radicals are another factor in the formation of tangles and plaques. Free radicals are very active chemicals that form in the brain and damage brain cells. Chemicals known as antioxidants react with and destroy free radicals. Unfortunately there is no cure for Alzheimer’s. However, drugs can help to slow down the progression or relieve some symptoms and delay the need for residential care. Other therapies and support are available.

Causes of Alzheimers Disease

The exect causes of alzheimers disease are currently not known. Alzheimer’s is caused by a loss of brain cells, as well as changes in the cerebral cortex. Free radicals are another factor in the formation of tangles and plaques. Free radicals are very active chemicals that form in the brain and damage brain cells. Chemicals known as antioxidants react with and destroy free radicals. Another risk factor is heredity. People whose family members have had AD are more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease than those whose families do not have this history. People who have hypothyroidism or have experienced head injuries are also at relatively high risk for AD. Environmental factors have sometimes been proposed as possible causes for Alzheimers disease.

Symptoms of Alzheimers Disease

The earliest symptom of Alzheimer’s disease is memory loss. Memory loss by itself is not an indication that a person has Alzheimer’s disease. Some memory loss is a natural part of growing old. People with Alzheimer’s can lose their sense of time and place – they may, for example, get dressed in the middle of the night or walk off and get lost. In early stages of the disease, family or friends may notice changes in behaviour. As the disease progresses, memory loss gets worse and some people have difficulty in learning new skills. Changes in behaviour may become more obvious, with people saying or doing things that are out of character. Some people become depressed because they realise what is happening to them. During the late stages of the disease, people with Alzheimer’s may become totally dependent on others for their care. Walking can become difficult and urinary incontinence may develop.

Treatment of Alzheimers Disease

There is currently no cure and virtually no medical treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. However, drugs can help to slow down the progression or relieve some symptoms and delay the need for residential care. A type of drug called cholinesterase inhibitors are used for people with moderate Alzheimer’s disease. They work by reducing the breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, levels of which are low in Alzheimer’s. There are three such drugs available: donepezil (Aricept), rivastigmine and galantamine. Another drug, memantine, was launched for people in the late stages of Alzheimer’s. Sometimes anti-depressant medicines are prescribed to help treat the depression that can be associated with Alzheimer’s disease. Some people may benefit from anti-psychotic medicines.

Parkinson’s Disease is a disease mostly affecting middle-aged and elderly people characterized by tremors and rigid, slow movement. It is also known as PD or Parkinson disease. Early symptoms of PD are subtle and occur gradually. Parkinson’s disease belongs to a group of conditions called movement disorders. The disease is both chronic, meaning it persists over a long period of time, and progressive, meaning its symptoms grow worse over time. Parkinson’s disease was named after Scottish physician James Parkinson, who published a description of the condition. Cardinal features include resting tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, and postural instability. In some people the disease progresses more quickly than in others. It is characterized by muscle rigidity, tremor, a slowing of physical movement ( bradykinesia ), and in extreme cases, a loss of physical movement ( akinesia ). PD usually affects people over the age of 50. The risk of PD increases with age, so analysts expect the financial and public health impact of this disease to increase as the population gets older. In Parkinson’s, cells are destroyed in part of the brain stem – the substantia nigra, which sends out fibers to the corpus stratia, gray and white bands of tissue in both sides of the brain. Parkinson’s disease is called idiopathic Parkinson’s because the cause is unknown. In the other forms of parkinsonism, a cause is known or suspected.

Peyronie’s disease is an acquired inflammatory condition of the associated with penile curvature and, in some cases, pain. The exact cause of Peyronie’s Disease is unknown but several theories have been proposed. The disease is characterized by a hard, fibrous layer of scar tissue (plaque) that usually develops under the skin on the upper or lower side of the Cases of Peyronie’s disease range from mild to severe. Symptoms may develop slowly or appear overnight. In Peyronie’s disease, dense, fibrous scar tissue forms in the tunica albuginea. Some patients who do not have pain with erection have tenderness on palpation of the indurated plaque. It begins as a localized inflammation and can develop into a hardened scar. Men with Peyronie’s disease usually seek medical attention because of painful erections and difficulty.

The onset of signs of the Peyronie’s disease can be sudden or slow and can vary in severity. A number of authors believe that Peyronie’s disease results, in part, from trauma. Because Peyronie’s disease doctors have historically classified the condition as a form of impotence, currently referred to as erectile dysfunction. There is no cure for Peyronie’s disease. In many cases, pain caused by Peyronie’s disease may decrease after a short period of time. Ten percent of men with Peyronie’s Disease have a condition called Dupuytren’s contracture which is similar to a trigger finger. Peyronie’s disease may shrink or disappear without treatment, medical experts suggest waiting a full year before attempting to correct it surgically.

Causes of Peyronie’s disease

The common causes and risk factor’s of Peyronie’s disease include the following:

Some sign and symptoms related to Peyronie’s disease are as follows:

Painful erection.

Narrowing of the diameter of your during erection.

Painful erections and difficulty.

A thick band of hard tissue on one or more sides.

Curve in the during erection.

Bend in the with erection.

Treatment of Peyronie’s disease

Here is list of the methods for treating Peyronie’s disease

Medications (such as verapamil, potassium aminobenzoate [Potaba], colchicine, or injected steroids) and vitamin E may help treat pain and improve function.

In some cases, use of a penile prosthesis may be used to help maintain an erection.

Shock wave lithotripsy has also been used to treat Peyronie’s disease.

Symptoms may go away somewhat with radiation therapy or corticosteroid injections into the fibrous band of tissue.

Vitamin E is also sometimes used.

Peyronie’s disease has been treated with some success by surgery.

Raynaud’s disease is a condition that affects the blood supply to the fingers, toes and occasionally the ears and nose. Raynaud’s disease can be classified as one of two types: primary (or idiopathic) and secondary (also called Raynaud’s phenomenon). Primary Raynaud’s disease has no predisposing factor, is more mild, and causes fewer complications. About half of all cases of Raynaud’s disease are of this type. It can occur without any other associated symptoms or disease. The fingers are the most commonly affected area, but the toes also are affected in 40 percent of people with Raynaud’s. In severe cases, tissue damage leads to gangrene and the ends of the affected digits die and become black, requiring amputation. Fortunately this is a rare complication. Women are more likely than men are to have the disorder. It’s more common in people who live in colder climates. Use of such drugs, which constrict blood vessels, can also make Raynaud’s phenomenon worse. Some people with Raynaud’s phenomenon also have other disorders that occur when arteries are prone to constrict.

People who operate vibrating machinery may also experience this problem. If the condition progresses, blood flow to the area could become permanently decreased causing the fingers to become thin and tapered, with smooth, shiny skin and slow growing nails. People can control mild Raynaud’s disease by protecting their head, trunk, arms, and legs from cold. Secondary Raynaud’s disease is common among individuals systemic lupus erythematosus in tropical countries. Secondary Raynaud’s disease is the same as primary Raynaud’s disease, but occurs in individuals with a predisposing factor, usually a form of collagen vascular disease. Raynaud’s disease is diagnosed if the symptoms occur only by itself and is not accompanied by other diseases. When you have primary or secondary Raynaud’s, cold temperatures or stressful emotions can trigger attacks. During these attacks, there is a brief lack of blood flow to the affected body part(s), and the skin can temporarily become white then bluish. When Raynaud’s is severe (which is uncommon), exposure to cold for as little as 20 minutes can cause major tissue damage.

Causes of Raynaud’s disease

The common causes and risk factor’s of Raynaud’s disease include the following:

The exact cause of Raynaud’s is unknown.

Smoking.

Contact with the cold.

Alcohol use (in women).

Chemical exposure.

Diseases of the arteries.

Associated diseases.

Repetitive trauma.

Emotions such as stress and anxiety.

It appears to be more common in people who live in colder climates.

Symptoms of Raynaud’s disease

Some sign and symptoms related to Raynaud’s disease are as follows:

A tingling feeling or pain in the fingers or toes when they warm up.

Tingling or pain on warming.

Bluish skin.

Sequence of color changes in your skin in response to cold or stress.

Slight swelling.

Numbness.

Skin redness or inflammation.

Pain in the fingers or toes when they are cold.

Treatment of Raynaud’s disease

Here is list of the methods for treating Raynaud’s disease:

Self-care and preventive treatment usually are effective in alleviating mild symptoms of Raynaud’s.

Calcium channel blockers: These drugs relax and open up small blood vessels in your hands and feet.

Biofeedback can also help to decrease the severity and frequency of RP in some patients.

Doctors may use a surgical procedure called a digital sympathectomy with adventitial stripping (which involves removing the tissue and nerves around the blood vessels supplying the affected digits).

Patients with persistent or bothersome symptoms may be helped by taking oral medications that open (dilate) blood vessels. These include calcium antagonists, such as diltiazem, nicardipine (Cardene), nifedipine (Procardia).

Medications to relax the walls of the blood vessels may be prescribed.

Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the intestines. Both inflame the lining of your digestive tract, and both can cause dirk Bouts of watery or bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain. Crohn’s disease affects the deepest layers of the lining of the digestive tract, causing deep sores called ulcers. Ulcerative colitis, on the other hand, usually affects only the innermost lining of your large intestine (colon) and rectum. Both illnesses do have one strong feature in common. In the process, the body sends white blood cells into the lining of the intestines, where they produce chronic inflammation. These cells then generate harmful products that ultimately lead to ulcerations and bowel injury. In Crohn’s disease, all layers of the intestine may be involved, and there can be normal healthy bowel in between patches of diseased bowel. There’s no known medical cure for Crohn’s disease. However, therapies are available that may greatly reduce the signs and symptoms of Crohn’s disease and even bring about a long-term remission.

Causes of Crohn’s Disease

The common Causes of Crohn’s Disease :

People with a family history of ulcerative colitis (another inflammatory bowel disorder) also run a higher risk of getting the disease.

Stress is thought to exacerbate the illness which can affect any part of the digestive system, from the mouth to the anus.

Most recent research has concentrated on mycobacteria. A diet low in fibre and high in chemicals is also suspected to have a role in the illness.

Symptoms of Crohn’s Disease

Some Symptoms of Crohn’s Disease :

Crampy abdominal (belly area) pain

Persistent, watery diarrhea

Diarrhea.

Fever

Fatigue

Loss of appetite.

Treatment of Crohn’s Disease

Since there is frequently a bacterial infection along with Crohn’s disease, antibiotics are often used to treat this problem. Two that are commonly used are ciprofloxacin (trade name: Cipro) and metronidazole (trade name: Flagyl).

The anti-bacterial agent Metronidazole has been shown to be effective in treating lesions in the gut, but long-term use can lead to seizures.

Other drugs which can be effective include sulfaslazine, immunosuppressive drugs and corticosteroids.

Abdominal cramps and diarrhea may be helped by medications, which often lessen the inflammation in the colon. More serious cases may require steroid drugs, antibiotics, or drugs that affect the body’s immune system.

A small number of patients, who temporarily need extra nutrition, may need periods of feeding by vein (intravenously).

sulfasalazine (Azulfidine), Dipentum, Asacol, Rowasa, and Pentasa belong to a group of drugs called the 5-aminosalicylates. These drugs are most useful in maintaining a remission, once the disease is brought under control. They are most effective when the disease is present in the colon.
